A ... If you would like your course credits registered, we ask that you please log into your member profile page.
From there, you can start and resume your registered courses at your convenience.
Q ... Do I need to become a member, or login, to review the Browse Courses?
A ... No, there’s no need to log in just to view a course or practice quiz. From any webpage of the RoyCEU site,
you can go directly to the Browse Courses page to view any course in full detail.
Q ... I forgot my user name and/or password … what can I do?
A ... No problem … from the Member Login window, enter your email address and click … email me my password.
In order for us to send you your user name and password, your email address must match the address for you in our database …
the email address that you used when you joined RoyCEU.com. However, if that doesn’t work for you, please call us at (386) 574-4307,
and Bonnie will be happy to give you your user name and password.
Q ... I’m logged into my member profile page and cannot open my selected course, what can I do?
A ... If you’ve selected your desired course from the master course list, or from your courses in progress,
and the course does not open, your browser’s pop-up blocker may be preventing the course from opening.
Please allow pop-ups from RoyCEU.com, or close your pop-up blocker, and the course should open.

Q ... When I log in, the page just flashes and re-opens the same login window ... what can I do?
A ... Reboot your computer and try again ... that should do it. However, if you still can't log in, please call us

Q ... When I open a course I only see a blue screen ... what can I do?
A ... You need to download the latest version of Flash from Adobe ... it's free. There is a link to do this on your Member Profile Page
in the box that says My Continuing Education Courses ... follow the instructions to download Flash ... that should do it. However, if you
still can't see the course slides, please call us at (386) 574-4307, and Bonnie will be happy to assist.
Q ... Can I obtain CEUs from the same course I took last cycle?
A ... Sorry, no. Florida Operators ... According to DEP, you can not obtain CEUs from the same course taken in the previous cycle for the same license.
However, DEP does allow you to obtain CEUs from the same course you took last cycle for a different license ... Water or Wastewater.
Q ... Can I have the credits from a completed course applied to another state for registration?
A ... Yes … for any of the states in which we are approved. Pay full price for the first state, and then just $25.00
per course for a second state.
Q ... Are there any sample quiz questions on the RoyCEU site?
A ... Yes, we have over 700 questions, answers and explanations in the Practice Quizzes for your use ,,,

Q ... After I complete a course, how do I pay for it?
A ... You can pay for your courses on-line with PayPal, or you can send us a check or money order.
You’ll be provided with various payment options at the completion of each course … after the course
evaluation form and course quiz. If you exit your completed course, and then decide you’d like to pay
for your course with PayPal, click the Payment link from any RoyCEU.com webpage. Click your state,
and then click the PayPal icon for the course you completed. From there, just follow the directions for payment information.

Q ... How can I modify the information in my member form?
A ... You can modify any of the information in your member profile page by logging into your profile, click on the related field,
type in your new information, and then click update member info
Q ... Do I have to complete a course once I’ve opened it?
A ... Only if you want to! However, if you open a course, and then decide not to take that course, you can close it
anytime you like and then remove it from your list of courses in progress. When you close the course, you will be
returned to your member profile page. From there, click the course you’d like to remove from the courses in progress,
and then click the cancel course button. To protect against inadvertently clicking the cancel course button, you will
be asked to confirm your request … just click OK.
Q ... Do I have to complete a course once I’ve started it?
A ... No … you can save any course at any slide, as many time as you like. You can restart the course at your
convenience by logging into your member profile and clicking the Resume Course button for your desired course in progress.
The course will open to the same slide that was saved.
Q ... Do I have to complete a course final quiz once I’ve started it?
A ... Only if you want to! However, if you start a quiz and then decide not to complete it at that time, you can stop at any point
and your results and quiz number will be automatically saved. Just navigate away from the website, or just close your browser.
When you are ready to re-open and complete the quiz, log into your member profile page, click on the course in progress and then click Resume Quiz.
This will open the quiz to the last question completed. Continue and finish the quiz at your convenience. You can stop and resume the quiz as many times as you like.
Q ... Will you use my information for any mailing lists?
A ... Once you are a member of our website, your information is safe in our database … we will not use your information
for anything other than registering your continuing education credits with the appropriate state agency, or just to contact you.
